After the world premiere at the Berlinale in 2019, the Czech-Slovak-Polish co-production film The Kite by Martin Smatana was presented at more than 110 festivals around the world, including the most important animation film festivals in Annecy, Zagreb, Ottawa and Stuttgart.<\/p>\n

This year it has added another 6 awards to its 23 awards from the previous festivals. These are the Next Generation Awards<\/strong> of the 5th SIFFCY International Film Festival for Children and Youth in India, the Best Animated Film Award<\/strong> from the 3rd PSIAF 2019 International Animated Film Festival in Palm Springs, USA, The Audience Award\u00a0<\/strong> from 4th Indie Junior Allianz 2020 in Porto, The Payot Black Movie Award for Best Children’s Film<\/strong> from the Festival Black Movie 2020 in Geneva, the Prize for Best Short Film<\/strong> from J.E.F.
